Elizabeth Ann Dove
Elizabeth Ann Dove, 58, of Trough Road, Moorefield, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at her home.
Born January 25, 1963, in Rockingham County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Dickie Lee and Mary L. “Sis” (Whetzel) Dove. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Donna Jean Dove.
Elizabeth worked at Pilgrim’s Pride for 26 years. In her younger days she enjoyed playing softball. She enjoyed taking trips, having cookouts and visiting and taking care of her family. Elizabeth was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Dragon City on her tablet and watching true crime dramas and murder mysteries on T.V. She loved spending time with grandchildren, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Cameron and husband, Kevin, Moorefield; one sister, Wanda Dove, Moorefield; one brother, Roger Dove, Old Fields; two grandchildren, Sakura Cameron and Gabriel Cameron.
Friends will be received at the Elmore Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until the 5:00 p.m. time of service with Pastor Heroes Sical officiating. According to her wishes, cremation will follow the service.
Due to the current pandemic, safety precautions including masks and social distancing are encouraged.
Her arrangements are under the direction of Elmore Funeral Home.
